How long can I rent the container?

rentals for individuals/homeowners range from 3 days, 1 week, or 2 weeks. At the time you order your container a pick up date will be generated. The pick up date will also be on your invoice as a reminder for you. We do our best to send out text reminders so be sure to give us a cellphone number.

Items in container must be LEVEL FULL or you run the risk of Debris being left behind.

The container gets tipped UP during pick up and contents that are higher then the lip of the container fall off. We are not responsible for debris left behind.

Concrete and Landscaping Containers Must be 1/2 Full To insure that our drivers are in compliance with state weight regulations.

Customer Agreement:

By paying your invoice you are agreeing that you are responsible for the following:

  1. Providing a suitable, stable placement for the container. The containers and truck are heavy equipment. You have requested the placement of that equipment. We will not be liable for damage to landscape items including grass, driveways, sidewalks, or infrastructure due to the equipment.

  2. You are responsible for all permits required by your community for containers and for any specialty equipment required, such as markers or cones. Any fines/penalties for such permits are your financial and legal responsibility.

  3. You must allow access to the container when it is picked up or changed out. If we cannot obtain access and must return to the site, additional rental fees and/or trip fees will be applied.

  4. You may not “over-fill” the container. Items should not exceed the interior space of the container. All items must be level with the lip of the container. Additional fees may be charged if we need to “off-load” items, so the container may be legally tarped and transported. Those items will be left for you to remove by an alternative method. Please remember the container is tipped upwards on removal, and items have a tendency to fall off. We do not hand load those items.

  5. Each size container is assigned a different weight limit. If the weight of the container exceeds the weight limit for the size of the container ordered, tonnage will be added to your bill upon pick up. Additional tonnage is billed at $55/ton. In the event that the container is grossly overweight at the time of pick up, we reserve the right to require you to offload materials until the container weight is safe to transport legally. If we receive an over weight ticket while transporting your container, you are liable for the entire dollar amount of the ticket and “off-loading” fees.

  6. At the time of the order, you chose the period of time you wish to use the container. The ability to extend is based on availability. Please call the office 24 hours prior to pick up date to inquire about extensions.

  7. If ash is being placed in any container you must notify the office upon ordering. The landfill will only allow ash under specific circumstances. This includes but is not limited to house fires.
